My House Manager is an international enterprise, founded over many decades of experience. What we offer is a way for you to slash property maintenance costs by providing a single source solution for your needs.
Who am I?
Hi, my name is Dea and I am your house manager. Inspiration to start such a business occurred when my clients faced extreme difficulty and stress when finding and hiring multiple people to do even the simplest of maintenance tasks. So when they eventually hired me I realised I had something to offer which could not be matched, the capability to undertake any maintenance task whilst upholding high communication throughout the entire process, keeping costs at a minimal for you but still being able to achieve the highest quality. Services
- If required we are flexible to work across multiple properties you may own, even abroad!
- Small tasks such as changing a door lock can be done quickly and efficiently with no hassle for you.
- On bigger tasks such as a total house restoration, your house manager will oversee the entirety of the task from start to completion which ensures you get your moneys worth and leaves you not vulnerable to people who may charge you way above the standard.
- It can be arranged so that I come to inspect your property on a monthly basis for repairs. Doing this avoids minor repairs turning into major and costly ones.
- Repairs on your property can also occur when you are not in the country meaning that no time is wasted.
